These Terms govern your access to and use of NordHorne’s store, website, products and related services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Access and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

Products and availability

We aim to present products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary by display. Descriptions, availability and quantities may change or be limited at any time.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after payment is processed and we confirm acceptance. We may decline, change or cancel an order and will attempt to notify you using the details supplied. Personal purchases must not be made for unauthorised resale or export.

Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price in your order confirmation governs. Taxes, delivery, customs and import charges may apply unless expressly included. You confirm that payment and account information is accurate and authorised.

Shipping and returns

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier, customs or external delays may occur. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and delivery by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, text, graphics, images, reviews and design are owned by NordHorne or its licensors and protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party services

The service may use Shopify and link to third-party tools or websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. Purchases are made directly with NordHorne, not Shopify.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, service-provider privacy terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the services unlawfully; infringe rights; transmit harmful code; mislead, harass or impersonate others; collect personal information without authority; spam; bypass security; scrape protected content; or interfere with operation of the services.

Errors and changes

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. NordHorne is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnity, severability and termination

You agree to be responsible for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or law. Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting the remainder. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, while provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
